Daniel’s Diet (Daniel 1)

Today, I start eating well with a mindset that’s focused on eating nutritious foods that are nourishing to the body. To kick-start my good health I’m going to follow roughly the Daniel Diet – which speaks of just how well nourished you can be after just 10 days.

During the course of the next 10 days I will also be reading the book of Daniel and seeing what God speaks as I read his words.

“At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. (16) So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.” (Daniel 1:15-16)
