The High Line and The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

On Day four of our visit to NYC we started off with a breakfast at a little cafe near Hudson Yards, the Rustic Table. After having our breakfast we walked up to 34th Street between to the  11th and 12th Avenue to walk the High Line. The High Line is an old railway track that has been turned into a nature strip for the thriving west side community of NYC to enjoy.

After finishing the walk along the High Line we ventured to the Chelsea Market which must have at least 20 unique stores that provides all ranges of treats and food. Some of the shops include the popular brownie bakery, the Fat Witch Bakery and Dickson’s FarmStand Meats. I tried a hot dog from this bakery that was a dream! The sausage was flavored with just the right amount of ‘herbs’ and pepper. I would highly recommend this as a mid-morning snack.

After walking most of the morning we decided to visit the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum which we were able to access with our NYC passes.
