Well, it’s been a few days since I have posted an in-depth post here but I assure you all is going well. I’ve just gotten back from a fun weekend away. I caught up with my fiancé on her holiday on the Gold Coast where we made plans to visit Movie World and explore the beach-side suburb of Coolangatta.

Friday morning at 6am I flew down to Brisbane where Sophie picked me up from the airport before where we then made our way to Warner Bros. Movie World. As my flight got into Brisbane rather early we didn’t neeed to rush to the theme park as it only opens at 9.30am. So, we stopped by McDonalds for a Soy Cappuccino. After my second hit of caffeine for the day we headed to Movie World, which was just a short drive away from the McDonalds. We lined up and applied our sunscreen as we waited for the theme park to open their gate.

We went on all the rides we could including; Arkham Asylum, Batwing Spaceshot, Scooby-Doo Spooky Coster, DC Comics Super-Villains Unleashed and the amazing Green Lantern. It was truly great being able to experience these rides! We had planned travelling to the coast for the theme park since early 2016.

It was an experience, although my drop foot presented itself after a 1pm, I managed and it really didn’t cause any problems. I still feel that I’ve been improving each week.
